We’ll begin the engagement with an initial office visit to identify the biggest issues and meet your team. We also use this time to lean into building relationships with your team members to understand what motivates them and how to make them into orthodontic superstars. Following that, we’ll complete a SWOT Analysis (that’s short for Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats if you’re not familiar) and identify our main objectives so we’re all clear what’s on the agenda!
From there, we’ll host biweekly team calls with every one of your stakeholders, from the Treatment Coordinator and Office Manager to the front desk and the clinic. We’ll even help to interview and assess potential new hires if your team needs some new faces. After all, this isn’t just TC Coaching, or helping your OM with a few things. Our goal is to positively impact every single member of your team!
Along the way, our consultants will get hands-on with every facet of your business: TC CoachingClic to open this link in this window and overall Team Development, we’ll refine your Marketing Strategy (both internal and external facing), elevate your New Patient Experience, make sure your Invisalign cases are up, look at your Finances, develop a Schedule template that supports your goals, and anything else we come across as well. We’ll keep you in the loop throughout the journey by giving you access to our project management tool, Monday.com. Think of it as our Practice Management Software for our engagement: We’ll document our findings and treatment plan (SWOT analysis and engagement objectives), and chart all of our progress along the way. We’ll also have a second and third on-site visit to check in and see how we’re doing and make any additional course corrections as we continue our engagement.
Then, once we’re done, we’ll wrap things up with you and submit a detailed report so you can review our findings any time you like! Think of the Straight Package like Extreme Makeover: Ortho Practice Edition. It can be a little painful at times, and it’s certainly not for the faint of heart. For it to be effective, we need total doctor buy-in. But if you commit to the process, the results can be staggering!

After researching your practice for a full month, we will conduct our 1st on-site visit (typically 3rd wk of mo., over 1.5 consecutive PT days), & deliver a SWOT analyisis.
Month 3 will include our second (1-day) on-site to wrap up any outstanding issues on objective #1 and begin work on objective #2
Month 5 will include our third (1-day) on-site to wrap up any outstanding issues on objective #2 and begin work on objective #3
Following the discover call & SWOT analysis, Month 2 will focus on our first of three mutually-agreed-upon objectives.
Month 4 will focus on the second of your three objectives.
Month 6 will focus on the third of your three objectives, and conclude with a final report containing any recommendations and closing thoughts.
